Missing bolts on intake manifold

Hey guys! so last week I took ot my intake manifold to change a busted gasket and wh not painted it at the same time :p but putting it back... sheered off the third under bolt under the intake manifold and wasn't even torking... I believe tha bolt was weak ant lost the fourth nut, but still starts, idles, runs great and no leaks... is it a bad thing

if its still running it should be fine, but I would try to replace the bolt asap.
