Contact Danny Cruz. That same NC appears in later photos, I think he bought it. But, since it was this way at the dealer, I'm going to assume thsoe are just oem headrests the dealer had embroidered as a gimmick. So you could also try contacting Bob Baker Mazda. In the end, just take your headrests to an automotive upholstery shop.
