Got me a new phone(galaxy note 4), a new engine stand to rebuild my 1.8, miata 25 years book(other miata books also) and revlimiter calander. Happy considering my birthday was December 12th and got a bunch of tools so now I just go yank out that engine. Can't wait to have a new miata...it's only been 4 months:roll:

Got some redlinegoods stuff for the mazdaspeed from the wife, bought myself custom revlimiter gauge faces, a project hardtop, and work cr01 wheels (picking up next week!)... I feel like it was a pretty good haul, just need to figure out the best way to do the install on the lower dash trim from redlinegoods without having to pull the whole dash or making a mess of the interior

Aeropress coffee press. It makes the best cup I've ever tasted, and I'm particular about my coffee.
A gun cleaning kit, and some movie tickets. My kiddo painted a picture for my office

Mostly gift certificates. I need to update all my safety/track gear, so I got a few certificates for that. An REI certificate, Amazon certificate, etc. My wife also bought me a nice e-cig setup to help me stop smoking and it has been working quite well. I also won one of my Fantasy Football leagues last week, so I have that nice payout, too.

Ah, the gift certificate (or gift card). The gift that says, "I'm lazy, you do it."

Steven I also got an ecig a couple of days before christmas so far i havent had a real cigarette since saturday. This is my second ecig. My first one was cheap and made everything feel like it was burning my throat. Good luck on quiting.

Martin, I prefer gift cards. I can be a little particular to shop for so I don't mind them at all.

James, thanks! Good luck to you too! My wife has been into them for a few months so she knew what to get. I knew nothing about them but a few of our friends in Atlanta have a lot of the equipment. I am adjusting to the nicotine levels, PG/VG mixtures. The first fluid I was using had too much nicotine and PG and was drying out my throat. A few I have tried lately are working much better. I hope it sticks!

I bought Mr. Rabbit, so my Emma (Miata) can retire from commuting and focus on weekend trips & track duty:

I'm trying to get the hang of it also. I had no idea how sophisticated it's become. My problem was that I was so thrilled to puff inside the house that I was doing it a lot more than an occasional cigarette outside. Even worse on long drives.

I wasn't aware until last week. I knew my wife had some gear, but until I saw my friends in ATL, I was a little stunned. I suppose I see some people making it a hobby, different devices and such. One friend has a long, old-fashioned pipe built as an e-cig, another modified one to make insane amounts of vapor. I just want to quit smoking (again) and move on. Already a little over week in and I am starting to feel better when I wake up in the morning. I, too, am glad to puff inside the house now that the weather has turned cold again.

So now you can stay within the group and not worry about your smoke clouds.

I got some nice flannel shirts to help with that. I also got a couple Miata t-shirts and book called Think Fast by Neil Roberts. It's full of racing strategy and yoda like wisdom.

Wow! that's exactly what I need. I almost bought the single diagonal M1, but I really want the M1 w/double diagonal. I still gotta save up though. I still need to get rid of my glass window for a plastic one.
