damn it, ordered before the coupon code, oh well. My review is inline with Adam's, I had the chance to drive the car yesterday for a solid hour and the difference is quite noticeable. Definitely a must do mod.

Of course mine just arrived three days ago, with a $25 shipping cost overseas. I should've waited but had no idea they'd be on sale, as popular as they seem to be! Installed them yesterday. My car has: full FM rail/butterfly brace, sound/heat damping thoroughly installed, a BFDH bar, new Ohlins shocks. I only took the car around the neighborhood but NVH is reduced. No real issue opening/closing doors. A bit more force is required, and they open with a slight *pop*, but I think the blocks were a worthwhile purchase.

Ugh I ordered my set between this group buy and the original $50 price. Oh well, they're worth it.

Thanks for the code I placed my order. It will get added to my stack of things I need to put on my car.

Some more feedback: both my wife and I definitely noticed less drone on the freeway. The door blocks must've shifted the resonance frequency such that ~3K rpm no longer makes the doors sing. This has done at least at much as the mass-loaded sheets I applied.

Can't turn down a sale. I was about to order some anyway, great timing.

wondering if it will kill some of the 60mph shake ? I know your Miata is already pretty maxed out on stiff stuff, but for generally stock Miatas it would be interesting to see.

The GS blocks seem to have reduced the 65mph shake in my car. It isn't completely gone but it's less noticable.

Just installed mine, about to take my first test drive. Initial impressions are that the doors close VERY solidly, I can't simply swing them shut like I used to. Easy install as well. Let's hope they wear in just a bit, as closing the door is a bit of a pain at the moment. I may have to readjust them, but I installed them hand tight before opening and closing the door a few times, then snugged them down. Test drive data coming later this evening! These are on my 37k mile mazdaspeed with only a hdhcdd as additional bracing, so it should be a good test on a low mile car that suffers from the 65mph shimmy (my nemesis)

Airbrush, you might need to hit the corners with a file or some sand paper to make them slightly easier to shut.

I will consider doing that! I'm incredibly impressed after my first drive, no more squeaks and rattles at all, and the 65mph shimmy I had is all but eliminated! The car feels much stiffer, even my wife noticed an improvement! Best 65 dollars spent on the car so far! And the garage star sticker looks great on my roll bar :)

I guess I'm too strong.

I reused the OEM bolts and all is good now. I haven't driven enough to give a review yet, but so far I'm not impressed with the bolts supplied.

I was thinking that I might snap a bolt as I was tightening mine so I stopped when I thought it was tight enough I know I could of went tighter but it would of snapped for sure.

Two minute remove old and install new per side. Closed and opened the door 5 times with the screws snug tight. Then tightened up good with wrench.

Car rides nice. I noticed the doors when driving don't move or make noise.

I previously added the flyin miata frame rail and butterfly so the chassis was stiff. This garage star mod made the doors now an integral part of the structure instead of just being hung on to the body.

The tighter tolerance.makes the car nicer to drive.

Btw never any issue closing the doors at all.

are they alloy bolts? maybe upgrade to stainless, or heat treated

Dunno. I just reused the old nasty-looking OEM bolts.
