With the KGWorks cluster I received, the seller included a UK-spec NA cluster with working oil pressure gauge.

First things first. I thought it was from a NA8 with the dummy gauge , so I tested it on my car as it was. At first, before actually starting the engine, the oil gauge showed full pressure. Immidiately after I started it, it dropped to zero. Is there any chance I damaged it?

My second question. What is it required to make it to actually work in my car?

I have read that you need a proper pressure sender, not the dummy switch type that you have. I believe Adam (revlimiter) has done a writeup in his blog a while back with details.

EDIT: Here you go!

I believe I have bookmarked some how-to's in my home PC, I will also post em once I get home.

Nah, the gauge is still good. I've done the same exact thing. Just get a 1.6 oil pressure sender and you're set. Super easy install and it uses the same connector.
