So I purchased these from Marc not really knowing what to expect. I always hear the horror stories of "Carbon Fiber" pieces. Well, I did not expect what I received. These were unbelievably perfect. The fit was great. Rain rails were simple to install. Short Console was also simple to install. I did have to take a small piece from my old console to complete it but nothing some ingenuity couldn't handle. I was expecting roughly a month and half to get them but they showed up quickly. Maybe within a month. Your transaction may vary though. Anyways, enough talking.

Here are some pics:

All in all, the CarbonMiata pieces fit great. Prices are very competitive. I recommend them to anyone. Very happy with the product and will definitely buy from again.

Now soak the car down creating standing water on the HT. Then get in and see if the rainrails actually keep said water from falling on you. Do this review right, Anthony!

It's like a damn horrible Japanese gameshow getting in a HT equipped Miata after it's rained. You try to slip in as gently as possible so as to not disturb the water sitting on the HT until you can get the door closed. And don't you dare forget it's still there and roll a window down and then take off.

Very nice pieces! I LOVE carbon fiber! Everyone should have some as part of their Miata diet. :drinkto:

Jamie, they work. My dress shirt at work stayed dry and the cash I hand to the cashier at the drive thru is also.

Wow nice pictures!!! Thanks for the review and glad you are happy with our products. As you said, when buying fiberglass/carbon fiber parts you never know what to expect and to be honest we are trying to keep the quality steady but it's not easy. Producing such parts requires a lot of steps meaning that we have to be careful at all time.

Looking at the pictures, I really should find a way to propose a carbon fiber center dash replacement for the NB to go with the gear surround. It would look great together!

Marc, there was one part that I did want to point out. The part that meets the dash, there is a small gap where the old center console used to be. I had to cut a small piece of the old one and attach it to the short console. This might be something you could look into for future consoles. I will try and take a better picture of what I am talking about later today.

Yes if you can send me some pictures info@carbonmiata.com it would be easier for me to see where the problem is. I will have my NB back in the warehouse in a few days so I can also try it by myself.
