Mike, I think the car is much improved, more confident over uneven surfaces. I have fewer rattles and my bolted hardtop no longer squeaks over those surfaces. I like them very much.

The car is simply amazing. I couldn't be happier. The car needs more work, cooling upgrades, tuning, etc., but it is a whole new car. I was up in the Malibu canyons this past weekend and a Viper was having a hard time keeping up with me (it was a tight canyon). I love it.

15x8 +0 195/50 flat roll and slight pull of fenders. Didn't want to go crazy on the pull of the fenders so it still rubs. Need a smaller sidewall tire.

Thanks! The beach shots were taken in St Augustine Beach. The others were taken beneath the Fuller Warren Bridge in Jax. Yep, that's I-95 up there.

I would like to get some input from the community because I'm completely torn about this. Should I color match the hardtop I have or paint it gloss black? a hardtop spoiler will be going on and I would paint around the windshield black to match. Really wanting some 14x7 enkei rpf1's in silver.

still a many little things to fix like the roof needs replacing as its shrunk a fair bit above the windows. I also feel it needs some sort of lip and skirt combo. I'm also not 100% on the fitment I'm not really a stanced guy but I think some 5mm or maybe 10mm spacers would do wonders.

May not look it but is a very dark blue with some metal in it, was a rattle can job by the pervious owner and needs to be redone, thinking a dark metallic cherry with black and carbon accents.

Atank, I was upset when you sold your MSM, it was so awesome and I even tried to buy it from the owner after you. It was a well thought out and stunning machine. I am looking forward to seeing just how far you take this Laguna. It is the best color to me, and seems to be well suited to modern or retro, vintage and even riced out. Lagunaroadster's old car was my first muse, bluepotato the second. This must have been 2008ish. I have met both owners over the years, and I am sure you have as well. I liked what they had done, but wanted to enjoy my car with my own direction. I am glad to see you are doing the same thing. Your Laguna is steadily evolving into a fine machine. An expression of your own vision, yet not lacking reference to proven style.

Here is my old and tired Laguna. I was excited when I saw this DC-3 last week still parked on the local airport ramp. It has been here for 2 weeks and I wasn't driving my miata the last time. I wanted to capture a vintage looking scene and make a black and white out of it. I'll just post the unedited photo here until i work with it some more.

crappy photo but just showing off how after months of s**t its finally come together. I need to look into some slim fans as the cross over rubs the edge (does not sound very nice) and at some point I've lost a bolt from the bell housing resulting in a nasty tap from the manifold bracket. But that aside its almost at a point I could leave it... for a bit. I did have some hood lifters come in the mail but I had a wrong fitting on one of the parts so those are going back.
