If you have an NC (3rd Gen Roadster) you are in luck as you can still get these parts from Mazda.
For you NA & NB guys you will have to do some digging on the Japanese auction sites.
Below is a few shots from my Mazdaspeed Catalogs, there is no way I could post each page, so if there is a part number you need, or yen price from the book just let me know and ill post that info up for you. With that said, lets begin!!!
Here is a screen shot from the current Mazdaspeed Website for Mazda Roadster

While these will sit you a bit higher, they are super comfy, I miss mine. But I still see them when Mr. Gray brings his NB up to Tampa. ;p
Did you know back in 2000 you could actually order these from CorkSport and Moss Motors!! Man, that was the good old days, LOL Good luck getting them now.

Also is it true that those kits are abundant in the Philippines and they are just discarded like trash?

Mazdaspeed in PI was one of the last remaining shops to close down, and from what Greg tells me they had a lot of seats left in stock, however that was many years ago.

As for the A-spec Roadster kit you would have to get one from Japan. There are none in the USA that I'm aware of, and they are kinda rare in Japan too. At least I don't see many photos of them.

There is a set of used Mazdaspeed Coilovers up for auction right now for roughly 400 USD, you just need to take off the NA tops, and install your NB tops.

Duh, the spring rates are above on one of the catalog pages.
Interesting.... looks like they're progressive spring'd coilovers. Haven't seen that before.

I believe only 6 sets of Sports Seats were brought in by Mazdaspeed Philippines. 2 black, 2 white, 2 red. Yes, we were lucky to have a Mazdaspeed shop here for a few years, which explains why there are quite a few local cars sporting the MS type 2 aero kit. But no, we don't throw em away like trash LOL. Shame they closed up shop a long time ago.

So I was digging through some older Mazdaspeed Catalogs and Flyers I had and came across some old photos from when I was in Japan.
These photos are from a Mazdaspeed Dealer Display located inside a Mazda dealership, these guys were super nice. I remember seeing a large Mazdaspeed poster on the wall as I walked in, I asked my buddies cousin who was a native about it and he says its just for display, not for sale. They said something to the effect that I came from America and wanted to see some Mazdaspeed cars, and much bowing did occur. Then a guy from the dealership runs over with a ladder and takes down the Mazdaspeed poster, rolls it up and brings it to me. He bows and hands it to me, I bow lower, then he bows lower, hahha. Well after that I was like okay, what Mazdaspeed items can I buy here?

https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2909/14468477027_1c3bf82392_h.jpg
The photos are from the year 2000, but back then you could walk into almost any Mazda Dealership and find this stuff. Pretty sure you wont find these items in the dealerships anymore, but its fun to look back at all of the goodies. That was a VERY expensive day for me. I bought the Mazdaspeed Jacket at the Tokyo Auto Salon shop, then here at the dealership I purchased a D-Cut Steering wheel, some horn buttons, some oil caps, a trap timer, key chains, hood ornaments, coffee cup, some shift knobs, a brake handle, and a set of Mazdaspeed Sport Seats which I had exported back via my friends Cousin that was a native there. Good times !!!!
Someday I hope to return for a Karuizawa Roadster Meeting.............. someday.........

MS shock brace is not compatible with the MS airbox.
15900
Do you have a wide angle shot? What I did is I slightly tightened the passenger side (USDM) and then get the driver side to fit correctly and at the appropriate height to clear the box, and then I finished tightening the passenger side. I can get more if needed. I will say that my Mazdaspeed box is only bolted down by two bolts. Not the nut that holds it down on the outer most mounting location.
Edit: I do very ever so slightly rub on the IM when the engine load torques the engine itself too far and vibrates along the brace.

Just using a stock airbox now, as I didn't like the heat soak of the metal box.

It's funny you say that. I almost sold mine. Bought some TIEN Flex with EDFC and the motors sat right under the braces like your adjustment knobs but since it's all adjusted internally. It fit and worked but boy did I not foresee that possibly being an issue like it almost was.

Anyone have any experience with these windblockers? It's one of the very few MS parts I've never seen for sale on YJ or elsewhere. I have the rollbar (yet to be installed) that it seems to fit onto and was wondering if it was worth tracking down?

Sorta related,
Something very special popped up on YAJ.
Mazdaspeed Type-C kits. (http://page10.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/m190910547) Very very rare stuff right here. I'm not exactly what the numbers are, but I've been told there are fewer than 10 sold. Very special.

I've heard something crazy, like 3 ever sold. That makes it one of the rarest kits for the Miata.

For some reason Bing, Google and Yahoo are not finding an assembled car pic. for me. Is there a pic. of this rare kit installed? I like the tapered in nose and sealed / smoked lights.
Might just be my connection now. I'll retry.

Curious as to what it looked like assembled, I did some googling and found these pics.
EDIT: And I see I was beaten to the punch on some of these. Didn't see that until I had posted.

I was under the impression that the Merlot one was a replica also. I remember stumbling onto pictures of it during the fiberglassing phase on minkara.

yeah merlot is a replica as well. blue, white, and silver are the only three authentic ones i know of. from my understanding, mazdaspeed sold the molds for the c spec kit to "do engineering".

Funny thing I noticed about miata guys. They don't use Jet-Hot Coatings? That puzzles me. That Mazdaspeed header would have been Jet-Hoted in a minute of me owning it. No body uses Centerforce Clutches either!

This will be a mother of all bumps. Came here as friend of mine has Mazdaspeed engine and needed some specs and I can't remember those. Might be for sale if anyone is interested. Reading all this again made me miss my old MS-11. It was bought as a cheap track car and that what it was, how it lived and still solders on, LHD with BMW V8 and build crudely as drifter.
