Not exactly a club in the normal sense, but Speed Ventures' Miata Challenge is definitely a socal based group with scheduled meetings :)

Group shot of both MC and S2kC.
Looking at the pic, it appears that miatas came out the factory doors only in HT version while S2ks came with a wing :)

BTW, Creampuff is in the middle of the miata line, right where there's a windshield missing, Lol...
