I've made up my mind. I dont want out of a Miata completely.
I do want a new daily, but Im going to keep a Miata around and attempt to build a track car.
So up for trade is my BRG. I'm not going to be the one to turn a BRG into a track car, so let me try my hand at yours.
The car has 135xxx miles. I bought it at 132xxx. It's mechanically sound, only issues would be a plethora of dents to the drivers side front fender, a couple cracked turn signal lights, a crack in dash and a few rips in the leather seats. The big issue is the convertible top, which right now has no rear window and a loose seam hanging down. I planned on replacing the whole thing with a sun cloth top instead of another vinyl, and still may if I hold on to it long enough, instead of replacing the window. Pretty sure the reason my latches didn't hold on 275 was because of the cold weather we were having and the constant expanding and contracting of the vinyl day in and day out.
Ive replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, clutch slave, bought new rear tires, and am about to replace the oil filter when I change the oil tomorrow. Ill get some updated pics tomorrow when the suns back out. If I get another daily before this trades then it will be for sale too starting at $2500.
