keys on my paint!!!

okay so i come outta work in a great mood to find my car key'd...=(..
it on driver side and goes from front fender just under the headlight all the way down to the middle of the trunk. i think someone envys my car,, pretty sure one of my co workers, got the police involed and they are looking at the tape, i hope its enough proof to catch her..yes its a HER.she like 35 and i think shes mad cause i got weekends off,, but aywyas decied to share my story and see if anyone knows of good autobody shops in socal 562 area.

I don't know what's involved in repairing that, but a good paint shop is Buddha Paint: 6879 Oran Circle, Buena Park, CA 90621, (714) 523-2929. You go to the end of that street, and then it's the farthest shop down to the left. You might get it done a little cheaper somewhere else, but you'll get good work here.

happened to a buddy of mine in ATL. They keyed the both sides and the hood of his WRX if I remember.

happened to me when I moved back home after getting out of the military, drove over to the local community college to get some schooling, waited in line for 3 hours to get all my classes. When I came out to my car there was a intentional key mark that went from the front to rear fender, almost identical to this!!! I knew NOBODY in the town and could not understand why someone would just randomly key the shit outta my miata? I had JUST got a fresh paint job too, I was insanely pissed.

dude, people are fucking stupid. i park way the fuck away from people now. it seems like every day i come out of work to find some new shit. keyed, backed into, grocery baskets bumpin and grindin. sorry that happened :/ luckily they have SOMETHING as far as a visual tho.

Other than repainting and blending the panels the only thing I could think of is something like dr. chip which fills the scratch. If you have comprehensive your going to have to cough up the deductible maybe $500. No easy way out for this one, that's why scumbags do it they know what grief they cause. You could be looking at 1k worth of paint work.

Damn, I feel your pain. I woke up one morning to get in my car to get to class, and noticed I had 3 long scratches from my pass. fender all the way to my quarter panel. People are scandalous!

yeah, bad new video was crap. cant seem much at all. so not help ther. bought some turtle wax and itblended it in pretty nice, you can really only telll if u look look at it, ill deal with it.

Got any pics of how well you hid the damage? If just using turtle wax cleaned it up pretty well a proper buffing job should take care of it since turtle wax isn't actually very abrasive to get rid of scratches. Might be worth looking into getting done on the car or learning how to do it yourself.
