So i got my radiator, shroud, and fans in the mail yesterday and installed them this morning and i couldnt be happier!!!
Fitment is perfect, its about a 1/2" thicker than the stock one but the slim fans make up for the added width. I'm actually impressed with the quality of the product (good welds, no busted fins)...so take that haters of ebay!!

Nice! I love this radiator. I have one in Rooster. It has been perfect.

i gave her a good beating today after i checked for leaks and the radiator held up... my old radiator fans were totally dead so i figured i cant hurt to upgrade the whole system especially preparing the car for boost

EDIT: the old radiator is fine.. but my fans are dead!

yeah its super cheap!! and im going on a poker run next weekend, and if it went anything like the last one i went to, it will consist of 110+ mph for 15 min, stop get a card and repeat 5 times!!

so that should be a decent test if it will hold up

I recently drove mine from Dallas to Albuquerque - several hundred miles of twisty mountain roads in New Mexico - and then back to Dallas. All in a short 3-day timespan and many hours near 100° temperatures. I had zero issues with the radiator and my temp gauge never even whispered past the middle.

Are you FI at all?

Since I'll be going turbo in roughly a year, my build will be to ultimately support an FI system in my car. Still, txs for the update.

Did you consider doing a coolant reroute? If you're planning on boosting it you might consider going that route also.

I know I won't be doing it, but people in the Sunbelt should seriously consider it. Why I'm not doing it? The data says that it during the colder months it takes a LONG ASS TIME to get the engine to fully warm up. Not much of a problem for a dedicated track car, but a bit of a problem for a daily/dual purpose driver.

not sure if this is meant for me, but yes i just ordered my begi spacer... cant wait!!! then i remove all the idle functions (dashpot, icv, etc) and my engine bay will almost be finished, except for boost

That is a serious bargain, named brands like Mishimoto would have cost something like 4 or 5 times as much for all that kit.
Did spot a similar kit in the UK on Ebay for around $2000 :toomuch:

Glad it's holding up to your beating and the hate you're getting for buying parts from eBay. Guess I'll have to get one in time.

ok so i had my poker run last night... cruising at 5200rpm at 105mph for about and hour total drive time, and it held up fine, the temp gauge never went over 3/8 of the way up!!!

I bought a set of fans/shoud on the boards that I am sure are similar to this.
Extremely easy to install. I cut the pigtails off of my old fans and connected those to the new ones, which made everything Plug & Play. Since I have an oem radiator , I had to widen out 2 bolt holes with a drill.
I also lined the facing edges of the shroud with weather strip foam, to ensure a nice seal.
