ok so i just did my coolant reroute 2 days ago and while i was at it i removed the idle control thingy on the right side of the 1.6 intake manifold, and blocked off the ISC on the bottom of the throttle body, so now my car runns like shit and cant get my car to idle right,

check out the video--->

On a serious note I would just put it back the way you had it before and see if that problem persists.

You blocked off your Idle Speed Control Valve. Is there a question as to why your car idles poorly?

But seriously: yeah. put it back like it was and you should be okay. Phatmiata, maybe you can correct me, but I thought the vacuum area was in the intake plenum, behind the throttle body. I've seen folks running pretty short intake pipes with no serious ill effects.

Do you have the same problem once the car warms up?
The valve you took off is called the Air Valve it is specifically designed to allow more air in to the intake while the engine is cold...
cold engines need a little bit higher idle to keep going until they warm up.
You plunged a fairly major Intake point on the front of the throttle body. That is providing air to your ISC valve.
The ISC valve is controlled by your computer and allows more air in as demand is required... AC PS ect...
Do you also have this valve disconnected? could you have a leak in the blocked off tube?

Of note Chris, is that this ISC valve is present even when the car has no PS and no AC so it must still have effect. you may be seeing the effect of blocking it off. It also has a coolant line running through it as well. I truly don't know what that coolant line is used for but the valve may also be looking at, reacting to engine temp.

If you want to try to keep your Air valve off you might get away with it in FL... but you might want to repipe the ISC.

Here is a link that might help.

A second question.
When you blocked off the Air valve did you put a good seal in as well? If you have a leak between the two ports you will be letting air leak into the intake plenum.
