I am new here since I am new to Miata. I just bought a '96 Miata with mods including a Momo steering wheel. The problem is it doesn't have an airbag. The previous owner removed the bulb for air bag light so it stays off. Will this cause me to fail either safety or emission inspection??
I have the original steering wheel so if needed I can install it back although I'd prefer not to. Btw, I bought the car from out of state so it needs both inspections. Thanks in advance for any info.
