For those of you with broken and unobtainable 99-00 lips, or if you just like the way it looks.
Everything was pretty easy. First I used a knife to cut off all the tabs that would push into the FD's bumper and made the top of the lip flat all the way around. Then I used kitchen scissors to make the cut in the middle, had to cut away prolly 5-6 inches or so to get it to fit because the FD is wider. I ended up using around 10-12 screws. I didn't use the precut screw places because the screws I had had no washers or anything so i screwed into the R1 lip and then into the bumper. And finally here are some pics, i think it looks good, I do prefer the OEM lip but my car didn't come with one when I bought it used and this doesn't need to be painted.
