I always get the sides confused whenever I see it in his driveway. I'll walk up to swearing that the yellow was on the other side and vise versa.

Frame should be less than 3 inches from ground. Should cover moderately slammed and full on scraping. Having a seperate slammed and mod. slammed thread was a little annoying and made me click into multiple threads. lol

This! And make it where you have to post a slammed pic with every post, try not to repost the same pic (same car is okay).
So cars that can't fit scissor jack under them, house key test, car key test, 3" or less, cig pack test, all done by the pinch weld.

We could have a democracy. :lol: Those not deemed slammed or mod slammed or whatever (standards are going to be much "higher" over here than they are on CR) by the community could be deleted, and all the gossip and clutter and what not could be deleted as well. No i understand the point completely. If we lived in a perfect world where we could just have a picture thread of slammed miatas, it would be an amazing thread. But...the slammed thread over on cr has turned into a shit fest and now is an e-peen contest. This will undoubtedly follow rules or not. People are stupid and dont read rules.

Tires are dinky, 165/50-15. Wheels are 15x8 +10 all around with 7mm spacers out back.

I'd say leave it to have some open discussion. It'd help if there was a way to make sure that people posted their suspension/wheel/tire setups if they post pictures of their own car.

rules and guidelines:

1. Please try to respect eachother and the rules.
2. We want to see chassis that are close to the ground (not massive lips, body kits, etc...).
3. Tucking tire is only ONE indicator of being slammed, not the end-all clarifying factor. There are plenty of examples to where this is not true. (ex. tucking 17" tires versus tucking a 195/70/14 tire)
4. No one cares if the roads are terrible where you live. If you're not slammed, you're not slammed. Excuses won't gain you respect here.
5. No one cares if your suspension is "as low as it will go" and you're still not slammed. Again, excuses won't get you anywhere here.
6. Don't even bother posting if you're gonna start with "I know I'm not slammed but..." This is not the thread for you.
7. Try to post level and flat ground pics. (No we do not want to see myspace angles of your car parked on grass.)
8. Don't post a birds eye view of your car. That tells us nothing.
9. No arguing at all. I know not everyone has the same taste but be respectful to other people's rides.
10. This thread will be monitored, so follow the rules.
