Hey while you're here, would you mind changing the name of this forum from NOR PAC to PNW? That's what we call it here, Pacific Northwest, not Northwest and Pacific haha. I'm down for a little meet.

I'll see if I can get that done (technically, I can't).

What are your hours going to be like when you're here? Are you going to be working every day?

What are your hours going to be like when you're here? Are you going to be working every day?I don't have the official schedule yet. As of right now, all I know for sure is that I come in at about 1pm on the 26th and leave after 1pm on the 2nd.

I work for the folks that own Fred Meyer. They've got a pair of warehouses in Clackamas and Chehalis that are undergoing some conversions, and I have to be on-site.

It's not. Fred Meyer owns(ed) Quality Food Centers of Seattle, Smith's of Salt Lake City, Fry's of Phoenix, and Ralph's out of Compton, CA. Kroger bought/merged with FM a few years before I started working there. Thanks to working for Kroger, I've been to each division at least once :)

I didn't know Fred Myer own's Ralph's! I used to go there for groceries all the time back when I lived in LA.

Come out and hang at Pacific next weekend. That is if the weather isn't too sloppy.

I can put them back in :)

I don't know what their rules are on passengers though. Some events are picky.

Just let him drive

That's odd, in SoCal every non-race event allowed passengers as long as they were as safely equipped as or safer than the driver. For example, they wouldn't like it if the passenger was riding in a stock seat with a seat belt and the driver was in a racing seat and harnesses. I don't know how it is up here though.

Typically the event instructors or staff are the only ones allowed to carry passengers of course unless its a student driving with an instructor with a few exceptions. Portland BMW club is really relaxed for example.

We can give that a shot. I'll put the passenger seat and belts back in today.
