What front bumper is this?

Got this tricked up turbo'd mx5 recently from South London.

It was imported from Japan and has this front bumper that attaches to the bottom half of the mazda bumper.

Any ideas on the brand? Photos dont to it much justice.

Looks exactly like Wings West except for the shape of the supports that divide the radiator opening from the other two. I think I have a picture somewhere...I'm thinking Love Lark

Motorsport Auto in Cali used to have a similar front clip on bumper as well..... I think they have gone back to only Z cars though?
