I think with the right rear lip spoiler, and Mesh wheels, and wood Nardi steering wheel they might have something more vintage looking.

Yeah I like certain aspects and as Randy says a few other changes to make it a bit more retro with the theme of the body change.

Thanks for post Malibu!

I like everything from the doors back. I think this tail would look great with the Italia front end. I find the hood latches and the body line of the hood to be a bit contrived. It doesn't follow the cars center body line (where it should open), but instead, looks like it has to go around the side marker light. The front end looks too stubby.

And the headlights. The headlight shape is off. But outside of these things, I like it.
