Male connector lead from the left side behind the glovebox. Anyone know what this gets plugged into?

Don't recognize it. Looks aftermarket. Curious to know though.

Not aftermarket. It was in the car all along. Just can't remember what I unplugged it from! There is one more connector I'm lost on. This one is coming out where the fuse panel goes.

That looks like the plug for the thermal sensor that goes into the Evaporator box. It detects icing and will shut the compressor down in event of the pressure switch not doing it job in maintaining the pressures. The second one looks like the plug that goes to the ignition switch.

Is it for the blower motor? Every time I r&r a dash, I end up trying to find where a couple remaining plugs need to go.

Lol. Found it! There was a lead behind the climate control I pulled out that fit! Thanks for all the responses!

Quick google on the part number turned up this: http://forum.miata.net/vb/archive/index.php/t-158834.html Looks like in an A/C amplifier whatever that is.

Good to here you found it. I took a look around under my glove box and I didn't see it.

I had that happen on my 370Z. I did a huge interior damper/heat barrier/stereo install for a week. Got everything put back together and the AC was on, no illumination for the entire center console and no HVAC controls. Turned out, it was a little plug in the back of the console module that I couldn't see easily.

To make things worse, I had actually tucked the wiring under the carpet so it wouldn't snag when I put the dash back in. I had to remove half the interior and reinstall again just to dig the cable out and plug it in, a two-day ordeal I'd rather forget.

that is for the cruise control switch in the blank right above the OBD port.
