This was a fully customized version of the Mazda MX5 NC Roadster, made for the Mazda Roadster enthusiast of the lightweight open sports car. It is based on the Autobacs original "monoCRAFT MH1" Kit. Here it is shown at the 2006 Tokyo Auto Salon Show. The MH1 was sold as a turnkey kit car, or you can buy the parts at Super Autobacs stores nationwide in Japan from January 14, 2006 to present. This customized model from Autobacs features a classic Lotus inspired racing green & yellow livery and lightweight tan bucket seats by Esqueleto, giving it the look of a retro racer. The flared over fenders, etc. are to draw a soft arc, and complete the look of a finished roadster to bring the image of the 50's Weekend Racer, with Modern yet retro style.

That's damn sharp. Two things I would like to see, how did the back come out? (looked sweet in the sketch), and I would love to see a road version, in a few different colors. But I love the front end round lights.
