Has anyone ever made there own K.G. works type s starter switch? I'm curious to see the wiring layout. I would love to have one but they seem to be hard to come by.

Also curious about this. I tried to buy one new a couple of months ago and was told they are out of production.

Also in for info. Why pay 300 or even the 240 that kg wants when you can make a panel for 20

FWIW they cost 11,800 yen (about $120 USD) new back when Kitagawa-san had them in stock.

also, for those looking to just wire up the push button start, Adam (revlimiter) has the greatest write-up in the WORLD (http://revlimiter.net/mods/s2000_button.php) which breaks it down to easily wire up the button... but the switches still have me a little head-scratchy. As for the wiring diagrams? the diagrams I've looked at don't break down the key-ignition cylinder, they just say the white wire comes off of the main fuse block in the engine bay, goes into the cylinder and the black/blue wire comes out for the starter (momentary push button), however the ignition harness has several other wires (as seen on revlimiter's page) of which I'm trying to find time to test and see which one is the ACC wire, which one is SAF wire and which one is the IGN wire :\ hopefully i get to it before monday when my car disappears into the paint booth for a couple weeks...

also, this write up (http://clubroadster.net/vb_forum/21-interior-sponsored-rev9-autosport/30693-kg-works-starter-switch-type-s-install-nb.html) is very well done with close up pictures of the harnesses, this may aide in determining which wire goes where on the harness... although it's a writeup to make the na panel work for an nb, it really helps get a look at how the wiring is set up. anyways, like i said, as soon as i get 'er done i'll lyk.
