Why Delrin and not titanium or aluminum?
Delrin (acetal POM nylon) has low thermal mass and high R factor, meaning it stays warm in winter and cool in summer. Metal knobs look neat but can be miserable in the winter or summer.
Product page has exact weights, dimensions and more pictures. Can be installed without aluminum collar if you prefer the look
