I need to change out the white face instrument cluster in my 2001 Miata LS. I have located some and saw a video on youtube showing how to swap the odometer so that I can keep the correct odometer mileage on my vehicle. Can this be done without issues?

Just need some small screw drivers and a work surface. Lift out the two connectors plugged into the odo module, remove the light, two screws, then gently lift up the printed circuit film to pull the odo module out. It sounds scarier than it is. Just be gently and mindful, it should take 10-15 minutes to swap them with both clusters side by side.
