I will look into them! Good thing I asked here first haha.

If you want to read up for yourself there are plenty of examples on m.net about issues with Jon Bond rebuilds. Granted he usually "makes it right", which is great but would be better if it was right the first time around. I hope they get it turned around because I think Jon is very knowledgeable and helpful.

So on Saturday I received an awesome delivery that I have been waiting for, for quite some time. Thanks to Chris Horne for holding it for me I was finally able to receive the new face of the B-Spec. A Mazdaspeed Type-1 Front Bumper.
Attachment 20543
It is in good condition compared to what I have seen and for the price I can not complain. Also came with the big rubber 2-piece lip.

Once I received my dad and I got right to work and removed all the old bondo and it revealed a huge crack but wasn't too bad.
Attachment 20545
Thankfully this was the extent of the damage really wasn't that bad.
Attachment 20546
It did have some little spider cracks so just for safe measure i filled every crack I could find with a little piece of fiber glass(Featuring my feet).

And to hold the damaged area and to line up the lip we used a paint stirring stick and some clips and when it hardened was perfect fitment. I am really happy I was able to work on the bumper because I want it on the car ASAP. I already have a painter who is waiting on me to drop it off. Just have to do some bondo work and sand it then we are good to go!
It is going to look so perfect and with the MS01Rs it will look even better!
So the bumper has been patched up and primed and it is ready for paint!! I fixed all the spider cracks and fiber glassed all the bumpers potential weak points. I want to do a quick test fit then get this thing painted!!

So ever since I have received this car it has had the biggest wiring mess ever. And I have eliminated so many wires I could power a house. So over the weekend I put some work into the engine bay and cleaned up everything I could because I will be buying the Track Dog Racing idler pulleys and removing the supercharger to have it rebuilt. So I would like everything nice and tidy. Also thanks to my brother for helping out.

So this car has had old Italian air horns that run off an air pump but it never worked in the car. so I removed them, hooked it up to a car battery and sounded like I was at a Mid 80's Rally Race in Europe. They are that high pitch Euro air horn sound. As cool as they are they are very heavy and just wires I do not need.
