Just to say, my HT was stolen with those "security" torx bits so you need to be better than that :(

I just tried using the bottom 2 holes and the plate is super close to the bumper, even with the bracket at the furthest mounting position. It still blocks it a bit but not as much.

Received my bracket today and decide to install it. Very sturdy and well made.
