Thanks for the reply. I look forward to hearing if you come up with anything. Perhaps something as simple as putting some (thick) rubber bands on the tabs, where they fit into the lower piece?

What do you think of your Jass Performance cup holder? I find the circles part to be somewhat flimsy. I bent one of them pretty quickly. And whenever I stick a cup in them, the entire circles...
