Sounds like turbo seals to me. Check and see if you have shaft play, if so, rebuild it[turbo] or buy another one.

I pulled the dent out of the door. it isn't bad anymore. but there is still a little one I could do myself in it.

I daily my turbo '97.. around 60-100 miles a day. Weekends usually around 300 miles or more(Friday - Sunday). I play a lot and I trust my car to get me as far as my money can take me.

That radiator wasn't easy to find. I love it though, but it does need a thorough cleaning... or it may be time to retire it, if so, Mishimoto here I come!
