Do these require any sort of conversion or ballasts? or are they just plug n play?

If I remember correctly, the NB uses a 7443 for the brake light. The NA uses an 1157 for running/brake. In any case, once you change any corner with LED, you'll either have hyper flash or cruise control problems (brake bulbs) until you install a resistor. In the NA, you'll get an ABS warning and inoperative cruise control by using LED tails. Not tyring to hose the OP's sale but there's a little more involved when installing LEDs in a Miata. Good price on the bulbs but budget for a couple inexpensive resistors to make things right.

I was wondering because i may get a set for my turn signals, as the moss intakes are great but a little low powered in my opinion....

You need to add resistors for the turn signals or you get hyper flash. I have LED turns.
