Adam, what format do you prefer photos to be in? I can send RAW if you need it.
I still haven't snapped anything this year that tops my giant baby photo though. lol.
Since this is a Calendar photo thread, I'll throw these here:

I may submit this one if I don't end up with anything better.

Here's one of mine at Biltmore Estates... 21 October 2014.2006 MX-5, AUTO, Bone stock...

We just returned from a 700 mile cruise in our copperred 2006 Miata up the Blue Ridge Parkway and a visit to the Biltmore Estates in Asheville, NC. Sunday 19th Oct. 2014 we met up with the Scenic City Miata Club from Chattanooga, TN. (14 Miata's in all) at the Wal-mart in Ooltewah, TN. From there we drove hwy 64 to Ducktown to hwy 66 over to McCaysville, GA. and then hwy 5 back to Mericers Apple Orchard where we stopped and purchased some of their world famous fried apple pies. From there we hit hwy 74 over to FATZ Restaurant in Blairsville, GA. where we stopped for dinner.
After dinner we split the convoy and headed to Cherokee, NC where we had reservations at a hotel there. We arrived in Cherokee around 6:30 PM just before dark and got checked in, no problems. Bedded down for the evening and got an early start Monday morning headed up to the Blue Ridge Parkway toward Asheville, NC. Took a long leisure drive with the top down (after it warmed up a bit) as It was 37 degrees Monday morning in Cherokee. Made several stops along the way taking pictures of the scenery, mountains, tree colors etc. We arrived in Asheville around 2 PM in the afternoon. Found our hotel and did an early check in and take us a little nap before headed out to dinner at Cheddar's Causal Restaurant. Dinner was fine and we returned to our room to check out some Monday Night Football. We just crashed after the game as we knew we had a full day ahead of us Tuesday AM with the tour of Biltmore Estates.

Got up pretty early for someone on vacay, cleaned up, had a breakfast at the hotel and headed for the Biltmore. We arrived there around 9 AM and spent appx 3 hours touring the family farm. Man that place is huge! We stopped and snapped a picture in front of the mansion before we left. By lunch time we where pretty much pooped. We made a stop at the local Subway for lunch before we headed out of town for home. We took hwy 74 out of Asheville to Ducktown and then picked up hwy 64 back to interstate 75 to Chattanooga. Sure made for a long day but the little Miata purred like a kitten. Averaged 31.5 MPG, only spend $63 on gas round trip and covered just over 700 miles round trip. This was our first trip over a couple hundred miles that we had made in the Miata. Proud to say it drove and rode like the champ it is. We talking of doing another longer trip before the weather get's to cold to drop the top.

There is something special about cruising down the road in a roadster, top down, a beautiful lady in the passenger seat and wind in your hair.

    You gotta love it!

I've got a lot less horsepower - luckily they are Japanese horses - usually in better shape and more motivated.

Either 3 or 1. The 2nd one has a bag in the seat.

Usually by contacting the photographer and paying for one of the photos.

Sorry... trying to think of a way to type that above sentence without sounding like an ass. I just can't. If you feel the photo is worth submitting for a contest, then it's surely worth paying for.

Even the most awesome bag is still a distraction.

You'd probably not enjoy knowing exactly how dirty Sharka is in 90% of the photos I take... lol!

It's all about lighting and angle. A world of sins can be hidden with the right lighting.
