    Yes it is possible to turbocharge, but the costs are extremely high on a -95 car, VTT wants an emission measurement. I already called inspection and we conclued that it's more rational to change the engine, I only need a certificate from toyota dealer from the engine. I know it has been crashed in its lifetime, I already fixed previous owners "welds" everywhere from the car. Yes, Finnish people go to sauna, and after that, we like to roll around in snow just for the kicks.

    There are (a lot of) NA's in .no with FI.

    I dont know about anyone has gone throug the process to get it legal.
    Usually the hw is removed before inspection.

    That's the way. Or it has been brought in Fi with already turbocharged engine, and is older than 1995 model, so getting it inspected legally will be a lot easier.
