Very nice! I used to date a girl that had a TR7 convertible

Fun cars. Not sure who needed more attention though, the girl or her TR7

6 days? Awesome so they have resolve their production problem. I wish I knew about that perforated leather. Well I am recovering my regular 93 seats so I will order a perforated one hopefully he has it on the maroon color.

Leatherseat.com price of $1400 was beyond common sense IMO that is why they never move much. If they stayed between $800-900 they could have kept the demand. Plus the fact that there was not much 95 Limited Edition seats and the available ones I saw needs to have new foams to begin with, the total cost of the project is a killer.

BTW the bottom part could be a pain to install so use a little steam (I used a bit of hair dryer heat) to soften the leather and foam. Enjoy the install. G/L

FYI the 93 LE "OEM red" is called "burgundy/maroon at interior-innovations. Just to clarify as they also have red on their drop down color choices.

    $445 is definitely cheap.

How can leatherseat.com end production when everything they do is made to order. That sounds silly to me. If they can't make a set for a pattern they already have what can they produce then? Just wondering.

    This is what they said

Thanks for your call and email regarding your 1995 Mazda Miata M Edition. Unfortunately we have discontinued this pattern recently due to low sales volume for the 95 M-Edition with Low-Back buckets, so I no longer have anything available for this vehicle. I'm very sorry about that. My only suggestion would be to visit with your local automotive upholstery shop.

Thanks for posting this. I just got the same message from LeatherSeats when I asked about 95 seat covers. I just ordered a set of black on black perforated.

Now, does anyone know the Mazda part number for the black plastic headrest bezels?

    Just got this

The parts you have ordered are on a national backorder and will not be available for some time. Would you like us to cancel your order or wait for your parts to arrive?

I did too. It's because Mazda USA does not stock them. They are having Mazda USA source them before shipping.

You may want to double check that the headrest receivers are black, and note that there are two different part numbers because they are slightly different, one has a small spring for the detent in the metal headrest bar. The black ones are not easy for American Mazda dealers to get, or it may be cost prohibitive. If so, IL Motorsports may be able to get them since the black ones were available for the black cloth two piece seats available in Europe and Japan. I got mine through Rosenthal Mazda 8 years ago or so when I put together the group buy at leatherseats.com for the M-edition seats. My seats have been in many different cars by now, the red leather looks great with almost any offset color. I'm sorry that leatherseats no longer wants to make them, but am glad another source was found. Mine are full leather, with black factory plastic, and look great. I was seriously considering selling them, but I'm torn. I went so far as to put them in the classifieds at another website, and even though I had an interested party, I decided to keep them. I'll see, I may want to get another Miata eventually, probably, ahhh, who knows.
