It would be a nice complement to my ARC chamber, which also happens to weigh next to nothing.

Would you take 500Kč for the bar?

I have an old advert from Abbey Road Company, need to dig that out and I can tell you what it cost when new back in the 1990's

I've both titanium and aluminum mountain bikes; the Ti is flexy, which is good in a hardtail bike, not so sure how well it would work compared to a triangulated Al piece for a tower bar. Sexy piece, though!

here you go, I found it. スーバーチタン ・ ストラットタワーバー

According to HyperREV #1 this bar was only 34800 Yen when new.

Due to the rarity of the part I would value this between $350 ~ $550 depending on condition of course.

R34 ones go for money because gtr people have money to burn. This is a seriously awesome piece but I can't see it going for that much. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

Although I agree, let's be careful about publicly criticizing the OPs asking price in a sale thread. It is a very nice piece and worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
