My question is with a 15x8 rim with a 205/50/15 tire, 20mm offset, and 1 in gap between tire and fender, will that require pulling the fenders? and will it rub on hard cornering? Thanks!

Yes it will rub. I have Konig Wideopen 15x8 +20 with 195/50/15 and lowered 2". I have to have it lightly done; flattened the inside of the fender. You may not need it pulled unless you are really low.

im running 195/45/15 on a 15x8 with a 20mm offset. im lowered as well and I rub a lot in the front but im lifting the coils up about 1 inch and getting the fenders rolled. you shouldn't need pulled tho.

I have Rota Grid V 15x7 with 20 offset in the front and they don't require pulling the fenders with 195 50 15 tires. With 15x8 and 205 tires is probably too much. What rims do you have in mind?

I have 15x9 with +36 offset on my NB and it JUST clears the fenders. With the +20 offset, you will have to roll your fenders, no need to pull.

I have a question thats kinda on topic. Im about to rent a fender roller to my fenders with. Did you guys have to use a heat gun to keep the paint from cracking? Itll be my first time trying the roll fenders
Yes, the heat gun should be used to keep things warm and flexible. You might get away with not using it, but if you don't you'll kick yourself in the butt for not using it

I would use a heat gun, definitely. Rolling is a slow process. You have to work while the paint and metal is warm. Watch the angle of the roller. If you rush, you wind up pulling the fender. It may take an hour or two, depending on how much rolling you do.
It's neat watching someone roll the fenders. Kinda like watching a painter create a masterpiece.

awesome thanks guys. I watched a guy roll my buddies fenders on his 350z and thought it looked pretty easy. ill take my time when I do it. do you guys already have a d.i.y on this? if not ill make one to help others in the same situation.
I've heard on NBs you should not need to. NBs are slightly wider and if you have enough camber, there shouldn't be a need to. If any, then a slight pull. For NAs, they will definitely need to pull and maybe a slight roll depending on the tire.

We did on mine. I'm running 15x8 +25 Wideopens. I probably could have gotten away without doing it but it's better to be safe than sorry.
There IS a little more room on the NBs. We rolled Anthony's to be safe and we had the tools available. It allows him more options in the future, for both wheels and tires.
