this is really sad but your efforts to ensure Warbird is ready to go to a good home is honorable. Can't wait for your next build Chad..

This makes me sad. I'm out of work from January too (second time in two years), so know exactly where you are. Hope the situation resolves itself for you soon and you return to the Miata fold in future. Your thread has been an inspiration (Still want those awesome wiper arms)! Routing for you bud.
OK, if want to know how I did the dash in Project Ronin. . .you can find the basics here

FYI, I have a set of RHD NB2 wiper arms which I had drilled for my car, but then found out that RHD/LHD are totally different. I was going to throw them away, so you can have them for free as an Xmas present, if you can pay postage to UK. I can check on how much this would be if you wish.
(Apologies for the thread hijack Chad!)

Thanks Pete!
Sorry to hear, hope you can find another job quickly. I really appreciate the support and kind words! I do plan on making more wiper arms.
No worries, Harry, glad to have verified whether or not RHD have different wiper arms. I'd like to see pics if you don't mind, to see the differences.

So how are they different? The arm that actually mounts is different or?

HarryB - Thanks for the offer. Very kind! They look awesome. Would be happy to take them off your hands and fit them to Ronin if you let me know how much. PM me.

I guess they sweep the opposite way and are angled and one has a shorter sweep?

Exactly that, they are a mirror image of our which I would never imagine but makes sense! Will check for you tomorrow if possible and PM you. Would be happy to see them in such an amazing car, I would really feel bad throwing them away.
Now let's get off Chad's thread!

Adam...
Those are some great shots!
And as always you go above and beyond for your customers!
Lovely epitaph.
Her will is not gone. Her spirit will live. Her parts will make others rise. And her owner will soon come back to the 65 mph shimmy and rebuild!

This is all I have to say...
They are INCREDIBLE pics indeed!
I truly hope others find a place in their vision with parts from Warbird and they get as much joy from the experiences that gives them the opportunity to enjoy that much more.
I plan on getting another miata...just unlikely to be right away.
I truly appreciate the relationships that I have been blessed with by becoming a part of this great community.
Although I came to know Adam as a customer it became much more thru countless conversations via various forms of communications and finally meeting up and getting to hang out for a couple of days.
This is a testament to the kind of person Adam is to put up with someone like me and be brave/kind enough to call me his friend. Thanks again Adam, i could never repay your kindness!

12-25-16: Slowly but surely taking Warbird back to stock. I ordered new all season tires the other day from Discount Tire and dropped off the factory 1997 M Edition wheels so that they could get mounted.
I kept MOST of the oem parts but not all of them so I have had to order some used parts and as usual Tom from The Parts Group comes thru. Some things I just feel I need to go ahead and buy new parts. Since I sold the Miata Roadster sts and included the upper boot I needed that so I just went ahead and ordered a rebuild kit and I couldn't help myself and got the bronze bushing....curse my nature to do things right.
I guess the rebuild kit came in yesterday but didn't check the mail so I was happy to see it in the mailbox today. I figured I would go ahead and take pics of certain items while going back to stock just for the sake of the next owner since some items can't be easily seen...your welcome next care taker of the soon to be '97 M formally known as Warbird.
Said kit....
...and installed.
I'm trying my best to not cut any corners, for example since I removed the door bars that leaves six holes on each side of the car(twelve total) and I COULD'NT just leave the holes. So I bought new high grade bolts, nuts and washers and installed with black silicone beneath the head to help seal. Obviously the new owner would probably been none the wiser but I try my best to live by the 'Golden Rule'.
The part out is going well and I appreciate everyone's eagerness to help me by buying parts and apologize if the part you want was sold but they are going quickly. Thanks to everyone that has bought parts for your cooperation and understanding thru the process!
