Also got this KG mirror after trying to get one for the last year. Even ordered from RSpeed but they lost it in their move. I was happy to find out it was a wavy back.

I bought something else bigger and better than each of these but I may not be keeping them as they arrived damaged.

Do you have broken Nakamae door panels like me?

I'd see if seller of Nakamae panels can claim against shipping insurance and then pick up door cards from Marc @ Carbonmiata...?

No way they'd settle a claim. They were packed horribly. I've been waiting for the seller to offer a solution, but I'll be posting pics soon if not.

The panels were put in a cut down TV box with no additional padding whatsoever. And the door straps were included with the sale are missing.

So the door panels are going back Monday. He's offered a full refund.

But I will post so people can learn from this.

    The box they came in.

No padding or packaging materials at all.

The "They look good like this" pic

Note. The upper pads are not attached. Just set on the panels for the pic.

    Let's get to the carnage.

This was recovered from the bottom of the box.

The worst part was the door straps were nowhere to be found. The seller claimed they were in the box. But there were no signs of holes or retaping, and if those little pieces above were there I have a hard time believing the straps could have fallen out.

WOW, NCGreaseMonkey sure packaged that type II wing good for shipping!
He packaged the wing in the original box and then put it in another super large box with more packaging.
I think it could have survived an aircraft drop.

I owe him a new koozie.

So I have a problem. I saw something I'd never seen before, and I had to have it. Another AC panel, even though I literally just got the AWD one, and I already have a custom RevLimiter one with his retro plate. Bonus points to anyone who can tell me who makes the panel and knobs. (Hint: Not the same company.)

And more importantly, here's a sneak peek at something I've been working towards for over a year. RevLimiter never fails to impress.

No idea who makes it, but it matches that mirror very nicely. Do you have the wavy KGW Meter Panel also?

KG Works make the wavy (matching gauge panel, HVAC panel and mirror) - I know as I have all 3. Corey, you have the mirror and the panel above, but not the gauge panel correct?

These were among the rarest of the KGW set available. I'm not sure about the knobs, but they cam with my wavy HVAC panel, too.

They've been sitting in a bin for about a year before I took them out to install on the 'beater' 93LE.I really dislike the knobs, so I'll swap them out for a set of AWD knobs I have (somewhere).

The knobs are definitely huge. If I ever install it I'll use my new RS ones.
