Would like to hear your review on the Yokos 08s.

Just put on a new set of Kumho Ecsta 195 50 15s. Very reasonably priced & very happy with the performance as everyday drivers. I have only used them in the dry.
The guys at Discount Tire in Spring, TX treated me right!

Not the best of reviews for you, Randy. But I have been running Hankook VENTUS V2 CONCEPT2

    http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

Since the Dial-in's were mounted. With an open-diff. and on the street they wear well and little noise ( remember I have 70D engine mounts so finding noises is a fact of life ). Great in all weather. Sticky enough for the out roads back from the BRP runs.

But you have glimpses of Noir and the rabbit-hole. Her next set are going to be Hankook VENTUS Z214

and a spare set of wheels. Don't think these would be good in rain.

I am also looking for a road tire with less road noise, the middle gelin pilot I have in the car now are driving me nuts, they sound like a off road truck tires

BF Goodrich Sport Comp 2. Whisper quiet, unbelievable wet traction (even in light wet snow, don't ask) and EXCELLENT traction.

And if you are hesitant about the Sport Comp 2s because of the tread wear rating of 340, thinking that it's an indication of them not having great grip, I assure you, they punch above their weight.

The only downside to them are their limited sizes for a 15" application. Which are 195/50 and 195/55.

I got a set of Star Spec 2 and it's the only set of tires of mine that don't have the 65mph shimmy.
