    Recovering RS-Limited RECARO Bucket Seats

Anyone have a good lead on recovering Recaro seats?

I found this link from another member on the forum, anyone have experience with them, or anyone in the USA?

looking to recover my seats in a similar cloth to what mine came in.

I was planning to recover mine locally but I doubt they would be able to embroider the "RECARO" logo into the head of the seat like the factory.

here are my seats so you can see what I am talking about.

There is one dude here that can do it. Ship them to me, I will make sure they get recovered and I will test fit them in my car to make sure they are top quality.

I will return them to you. Eventually. I promise.

I can ask about having Nakamae-san do it; he did my Mazdaspeed seats beautifully. Two caveats: it took six months to have them done, and two, two seats (granted, with substantial metal frame work involved) ran more than some used NBs.

NATEEEEE from instagram out in texas works at an upholstery shop and he always tricks out his interior with good quality work. Ask him if he'd do it.

Find the vector line art for the logo, find a local upholstery shop, many can replicate the embroidery from a computer file. I might have it if you need it.

I'm thinking of having mine done too. I haven't really looked but I can't imagine there not being someone relatively local that could do it. Custom builders all over CA and FL

How soon are you doing yours?

Would be interested to see what they look like before and after.

The only other guys I know of with these seats are JDMpalace and Madaboutmx5s

Nice score Randy. I've two sets of these. 1 retrimmed in black leather and another in stock condition. I've used rhdjapan before and noticed they do recaro replacement parts so maybe they could help. If it was me I'd only replace any worn material area sections then the whole seat cover.
