Idling - Listen to it purr...
1991 Red MX5
Loved Miatas for years, finally bought a red 1991 about a month ago, one-owner, 34,400 miles. It drives and handles like a new car. No rust, two dings, no fade except for the plastic nose.
Wife and I love driving it as an "our toy" roadster. Something we can do together, and enjoy the outdoors, the night smells we haven't experienced for years with AC and rolled up windows, and the sound of a stout little 4-cylinder purring, asking "is that all you want? I got more!"
We have many warm days in the winter (northern Oklahoma) and lots of beautiful fall and spring weather that this little NA will get to experience. Kids think we're nuts.
