Chevy lights won't work without modifications either unfortunately I grabbed a set at the junkyard and test fit them, but they will also require trimming(not sure how much though.)

Do you know the diameter of the GV lights? I have the LED lights we are using for our NA and NB setup that might fit your surrounds. Mine are 12.5 cm diameter IIRC.

Both designs (inner and outer lights on this picture) are available with the stop/tail/direction functions.

The porter cab lights that come with the genuine gv tails are 12.7cm (5") in diameter. A set of yours might work great depending on their depth. It would be awesome to have a reverse light built in rather than having to come up with a solution. Shoot me a price on a set, I'll give them a shot!

Always wanted to ask: what is the solution for reverse light is GV for NB? Maybe I can live with the fact this could be irreversable mod, but I reverse light is like must have.

On rev9 we can pick one from this options:

LED Strip - where is it mounted and how does it look like

None - I suppose most owners of GV in their NBs have no reverse light

Rectangular (same as NA kit) - where to put it ?

    ZOOM Round Clear +$55.00

    ZOOM Round Red +$55.00

    ZOOM Square Clear +$55.00

You could mount an led strip just about anywhere you'd like, he'll you could use an off road led bar under the car if you wanted to (which might be awesome)

Mounting the same rectangular light as the na's use would probably put it next to the tag frame and would certainly require cutting.

The zoom lights mount below the bumper I believe.

For now, unless carbonmiata's led lights can deal with all three functions, I'll run without a reverse light. I AM liking a light bar tucked up under the msm rear lip on my car though I'm hoping carbonmiata can help.me.out with lights that fit without cutting though!

Funny thing is, I bought a $450 snap-on lithium ion angle grinder/cutoff wheel using this mod as justification, and I might not get to use it!

    The inner lights are STOP/TAIL/REVERSE/REFLECTOR.
    The outer lights are STOP/TAIL/DIRECTION.

I will ask the factory if they can make the 4 functions in one light.

That would be amazing! If not, I can deal with stop/tail/direction only, and figure out a reverse light myself!

OK I will let you know quickly. As for the one with STOP/TAIL/DIRECTION, we have it available in 2 designs. One is like the picture I posted earlier in the thread and the other one looks like the inner light!

I did get a lot of inquiries for these LED lights for other purposes:

    From this:

    To that:

I will add them to the website this weekend.

BAM! Got the carbonmiata lenses fitted tonight! They look awesome!

They required a bit of Dremel work to clearance the factory holes for the porter cab lights (sorry, didn't take photos of the process) and now they fit so tightly that I won't even need to use the mounting posts on the back of the lights.

I have some wiring to do, but I'll hopefully have them installed and working this weekend!

They do look awesome! The amber turn signal looks AWESOME lit up! Well all the leds do but the contrast going from clear lens to amber, just looks awesome. Here are a few video clips if you or anyone else hasn't seen them in action in post #136:
