You may need Teflon tape on the connections. Not supposed to need it but.

The thought had crossed my mind, but yeah, shouldn't need it since they should be sealing at the flare. Kind of blows me away how much I've read about people having issues with stainless lines on Miatas. When I did a complete overall refresh and upgrade of my Camaro's brakes I didn't, and still haven't, dealt with a single leak. And that was years ago with all new stainless hard lines that I had to do a couple flares on (which flaring stainless lines is a total dick).
Also hoping I didn't do any damage to the fitting or flare from over tightening them. I've been trying to be careful, and I really feel like tightening them any more will damage them. At worse I'll cut the tip off and put a new fitting and flare on the hard line. Wouldn't be the first time I've done it with the lines still on a car.
Washed Noir. But think my first reset on the Feals will be along the lines of JamieH's thinking. Raise the rump to 4 1/8" and drop the front to 4". Still going to leave the 12 off hard and 3mm compression for now. Just have to get a moment to do this with the upcoming road trip.
PSA about to be posted!
Had that happen to me with the Wilwood lines and the ones from 949.

What lines are you using? Just nosey. The GWR lines were so easy you could knock them out in a hour with no problems. Even with a jack and driveway. With lift it took maybe 30 minutes. With complete DOT 4 bleed. Resivior is still holding sparkly clean fluid with 167K on the clock.
I think they're Technafits. Guy I got'em from couldn't remember, and from the research I've done, I'm 90% sure that's what they are.
I've also read and seen conical inserts recommended. I dunno, but I'll get it solved and sorted one way or another.
Stick those in the learning box and go to Good-Win and get their SS brake line kit. And while you are there get the clutch rebuild. Master, slave and SS line.
I wish they would come on as a sponsor to this forum. Ryan Sean and Brian are great to talk with if you have questions. Those are the one's I have talked with.
Already have a new slave and 949's stainless clutch line. Master is fine for the time being. Like I said, I'll get this figured out. I will take a peak at Goodwin's stainless line kit, but I have read theirs and some other vender's supposedly come from the same supplier.
Back on thrack for the thread, I got the new alignment bolts in. Gonna need a boxend crows foot so I can check and properly torq the fronts.
I've never had issues with the Techna-fit (other than a reading comprehension error on my part), and have installed a half-dozen sets on various cars. I'm sure there's always a bad one in every batch of any product, though.

Got the lines to seal, and re-adjusted the ride height after it settled. I'm going to keep my eyes on the lines.

The stealth Jass LED TSIs arrived and got installed before I got to take a shot of the opened package. Got to love true PnP products! Thanks Sweden!
Why Sweden, though? Noir looks good... And sleepy. Haha
