Went ahead with priming and painting.
Primed:
First coats of truck bedliner:
Should have done more sanding. And/or added some more bondo. And more sanding. Still might do that before its all finished.
This truck bedliner spray really looks like a good march to factory plastic. It will get a light satin black coat for final coat.
