I have an idea to the forum sponsors that will participating in the event.

I suggest to have a vendor create a shirt with our forum name. Of course we will pay in advance before the date of the event which we can pick up at a booth or shipped to us prior to the event. The reason being with so many people is hard to lose track and greet everyone that I know and talked for years. So if you see a shirt that says "Agent Orange, Revlimiter or Phatty" I know exactly who dat dude is and where his ride should be.
