Fits authentic Garage Vary Nostalgic lights with the Porter Cab housings installed. May not fit knockoffs. Will not fit without the Porter Cab lights in place.

A perfect reproduction of the original Garage Woolery trim rings. Produced by permission and machined by Garage5.

Initial sale price: $159 + shipping. And, unless something changes with production costs, the price will remain there. No price hike after the first weeks is planned or anything.

Many thanks to Garage5 for producing these. And a billion thanks to Mr Woolery for allowing these to be reproduced and granting me / revlimiter.net the rights.

I've just installed my second set from Adam and I have a question - is there a way I can put a finish on them to prevent them from tarnishing? They get a little dull after just a couple of days of exposure.

...i hadn't noticed this on my first set, because they are installed on the project 93LE, which hasn't yet left the garage.

Try a quality wax. I've only polished mine and haven't noticed any dulling. Though now that you've said something I bet if I take a closer look at mine I may notice I need to polishing them again.

Sorry to say, but I have no idea. I truly had no hand in the creation of these. I was only the U.S.importer. Might be a question for George.

Hammerhead, maybe a UV resistant clear coat? I know some use UV-resistant clear coat for headlight restorations, it might have the same benefit for the metal rings.

This is what I was thinking of at first, but I'll try wax first and see how long that lasts.

The quality of the rings is outstanding, no complaints there. I just want to keep them bright and shiny!

A good coating(s) of wax should suffice. I did that with my old Zoom fuel lid, as it would start to fade after being exposed to sunlight decently quickly. Polished with aluminum polish till it was shiny, then applied multiple coats of wax. Kept the zoom lid nice and shiny.
