I am actually in the process of designing center caps that fit 15" RPF1s. I intend to leave a 58mm blank area on the exterior so end users may add their own custom badging - in this case, Adam's 58mm design would work admirably.

Any chance you might be considering some for the 14's? Proving really hard to find a good solution (and have mixed commentary on the Konig Helium caps working)..

I think 14" and 15" are the same. Please measure your hub bore diameter for me and PM me the info so I can compare to the 15" dimensions.

I just wanted to pop in and mention that I'm finalizing the design for the 15" RPF1 center caps, and will be teaming up with Marc over at CarbonMiata to produce them very soon.

14" versions will be coming soon, after I do some local inspection and test fitting.

Below is a 'low res' 3d printed example of the center cap being test-fitted on my Mazda 2. It's more of a 24-sided polygon than a circle, but the finished product will be a perfect circle.

The product is finished and has been sent to Marc at CarbonMiata for production. I discovered that these should also work on the Konig Helium so that broadens our market.

Next up are the 14" center cap variants.

That looks like a good candidate for injection molding.
Injection mold tooling for that part in the outskirts of Shanghai would be about USD $6,000.
    Maybe $3800 using insert molding.
Gonna need to sell a lot of caps!

Are you thinking another manufacturing process?

Marc is handling that aspect of it. I'm just the designer and have no experience in such things.

Tell Marc he need to improve or implement a final QC procedure.
The rear quad LED panel I purchased should have never left the factory with the poor quality I received.

that cap looks very shallow, would it not be better to make them deeper so that it can fit other cars in case the center hub protrudes out more from the wheel?

    just thinking out loud

This cap was an initial lo-res test run and has been altered in design since. The furthest protruding axle stub I found thus far was on the rear of a Miata, and the finished design clears it just fine.

Thanks, but you should probably take that up with Marc. All I did was design a center cap; I don't represent CarbonMiata.

    Apologies to you.
BTW, Thanks for working on a cap design proposal for our wheels.

Here is a similar design to yours.
If it sits about the same I think it looks pretty good in my mind.
I could imagine a Rev Limiter custom center.
