    I think this might work but see if you can somehow cross-reference the Stanley part number

    That is the marker light I believe, not the brake light. As the shape isn't right and that's a dual terminal instead of a single. It may be the T16 bulb listed here, despite the wattage being listed much higher. When I punched T16 bulb into google this 12 v 5w bulb popped up!

    The Porter Cab tail lamp assembly has two bulbs in it:

    1. Combination stop/tail lamp
    S25 bulb shape, BAY15d base, two filaments 21W (stop) and 5W (tail)



    2. Turn signal marker lamp
    S25 bulb shape, BAY15s base, one filament 21W (blinker)





    The bulb you show in your first post does not look like an original type bulb for the combination stop/tail lamp so I don't know what's up with that. Did you buy your GV kit used?
