This is way, WAY better than how mine came out! Seeing yours makes me want to redo mine by hand... or convince you to sell me one you made lol. My tombstone has the same problem as my shift boot: up close, it looks a little too 'diy'. I've been thinking about making something to replace it for the last couple months to be honest.

Get a chisel of whatever size you want, needle, and wax thread, that's all you really need. And time - it took me probably 8-10 hours to make it not counting installation. For it to be worth my time to make them and sell, they'd be well over $200 haha. Let's get a few ideas together for the tombstone sometime. It'll be a while before I redo mine, but I'll probably start fresh with a new one and sell the current one.

Long overdue suspension upgrade. Supermiata Xida Race with 550/350 springs, Supermiata top hats, and helper springs. The works. They're almost too pretty to be installed.

First impressions. You guys. These ride sooo smoothly. I left the height as it came out of the box, which translated to around 3.75" F, 3.85" R. This is too low, at least for me. The plan was to end up at 4.75" F, 5" R, but I couldn't wait to get a feel for them out on the road immediately after installation. Even at the original ride height, omg. So much more than I ever expected. Not only is the ride smooth as butter, but handling is completely transformed. The amount of confidence these give me going through a corner is astounding.

I was able to get it to the target ride height +-1/8" last night, and the ride feels even better now. I'm simply shocked at how different the roadster feels now, in every aspect of the driving experience. It's so hard to find the right words to describe how happy I am with these.

Does this mean I will see more of you in my rearview mirror this year at MATG than last year?

    Haha

    Yes probably...

Xidas are amazing, but nothing makes up for driving skill. Hopefully I've improved this time around? By the way you'll have noticed my door cards are painted.

With XIDA reviews like this, it's going to be hard to do anything else when I finally sell the BRG and start upgrading the 1994...

    Nice.

And while not 615k+s, I got some Conti ECSs. They is still mo' bettah than the Comp2s.

But besides the 6ULs ya likely won't see any differences on my car since last year. My dash game is so weak in comparison.

Well, didn't see you on the road this year so the battle will have to be rescheduled for next year. Didn't see your car at all for that matter, but I did see you.
