6,000 rpm - mere mortals would shift
Throwout bearings
What is the general impression on do's/dont's? I am about to replace my flywheel and clutch with a used ACT setup and I am debating over replacing the used (around 10K miles) ACT throwout bearing with a brand new OEM one, or keep it. Reasons to keep the ACT one would be that since the ACT pressure plate is upgraded, the ACT throwout bearing should be stronger as well.
