NA Bilstein Shocks with ADJUSTABLE height

Has anyone seen Bilstein shocks for the NA/NB that are height adjustable just like the Koni's?

Well, my first time to see them. I was fortunate enough to find a set...

Espelir is a Japanese manufacturer. I've seen Espelir springs matched with blue Tokico shocks (also produced by a Japanese manufacturer) but I've never seen blue Bilstein shocks. I've seen billies in yellow, silver, and black, but never blue.

My guess is that this was put together through the aftermarket and the Bilsteins are painted.
