1991 Pit Crew Mazda Miata 1.8 swap JDM 95M seats, 93LE interior

1991 Pit Crew Mazda Miata 1.8 swap JDM RARE
Located in Austin, TX. Clear TX title, registered.
NEW Trans/Clutch/Flywheel/RMS performed at Auto Specialists in Round Rock, TX
    ~122k mi

This car sports the most iconic nose conversion made for the NA Miata, an extremely rare Pit Crew Racing front end imported from Japan. It's a definitely polarizing look - people either love it or hate it, but it sure is a conversation starter. The front end is $3100 alone plus $600 shipping from japan. There are only a handful of miata's in the USA (4 including this one, to my knowledge) with this front end conversion! This particular front end has been a part of two prominent builds in the US miata community.

Planet Miata in PA performed the 1.8L swap with a 120k engine about 2k miles ago. They also performed a full wire tuck to clean up the typically cluttered miata engine bay. In addition, there are many rare and no longer available parts that I have added to this car. A little more love and this will be one unique, retro miata. Notable additions include a Hard Dog Stainless roll bar, Boig Header and Artech V-band 3" exhaust, Miataroadster short shifter kit, Trackspeed radiator, 93LE parts, new Nitto NT05 205/50/15's and everything marked new below. There was a transmission whine, so this was replaced entirely with a new clutch, flywheel, rear main seal by Auto Specialists (Miata specialist) in Round Rock, TX in Sept 2017.

I had lots of plans for it, but I unfortunately have no place to work on it so it sadly has to go.

    Exterior:
    Pitcrew front end
    Hella H4 headlights
    Zoom Side winker turn signals
    Zoom fuel lid
    Autokonexion Ducktail 1.5
    Euro rear finish panel
    OEM Hardtop (no headliner/defrost)
    Jass hardtop side brackets
NO convertible top, -Project G Bikini top optional ($300)
Hard dog Double Diagonal HC Stainless polished roll bar (No longer available, $2500)
    949 Racing 6UL 15x8 Nickel wheels with new Nitto NT05 205/50/15's

    Interior:
    Lecarra polished hub (new)
    Motolita steering wheel (new)
Billet Motolita horn button with Revlimiter Elanor badge (new)
Stainless door sills with Revlimiter inserts (new)
    Redline Leather wrapped cluster hood
    Revlimiter gauges
    Redline Leather wrapped tombstone
RS Products HVAC with spun silver knobs
    Revlimiter Retro hazard switch
    Revlimiter Chrome Vent Rings
    Garagestar polished brake handle (new)
    Garagestar delrin door bushings (new)
93LE interior door panels with retro 93LE speaker covers
    93LE seatbelts
    93LE red rear carpet
    Retromodern simplicity oil cap (new)

    Engine:

    ARP hardware for crank pulley
    Gates racing accessory belt (new)
Trackspeed Dual Core Race Radiator (new! this alone is $600, also performed a Zerex Asian Coolant flush)
    FM lower silicone hose (new)
Modified Bob Boig road race header - his is the header that is on all the Top EP GTlite and GT2 miatas. Built for high HP, high revving engines. 1 3/4x 31" primaries, merge collector into 7 degree divergent nozzle into 3" vband ring. Nitroplated. This header was designed for ~200+whp GT motors originally. I modified by replacing the 2" collector with the 7* divergent nozzle to 3" vband ring that are on it now. These haven't been available in ~10 years (new)
Artech Custom 3" Vband exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, modified with flex pipe (new)
FC3S clutch type LSD in 1.8 housing with 4.10 gear
    Beatrush Aluminum radiator Panel
Garage star black powdercoated cowl panel
    Duracell AGM battery (new)

    Transmission:
Replaced transmission 9/16/17 by Automotive Specialists, Round Rock (Miata specialty shop) - 90 day warranty
New 1.6 Exedy OEM replacement clutch
    New 1.6 LUK flywheel
    Stainless clutch cable
Motorcraft xt-m5-qs Transmission Fluid (best on the market, not cheap!)
Miataroadster tall angled short shift kit (new, just rebuilt shifter, new shift boots, delrin bushings)

    Suspension:
    Manual rack
    KYB AGX
    Suspension techniques sway bars
Hawk HP pads with 1.8 brakes (i believe)

    Negs:
The paint job is a 10 footer with small imperfections and cracks as shown in the gallery. Recently detailed.
The front bumper has chips along the bottom with mounting bolts in place for a TRAP lip. Pictures of previous lip mounted in the gallery. These are about $250 shipped from Japan. small mounting hole from chrome bumpers on the side. I'd recommend repainting the front bumper if you want it nice.
No AC or radio. Horn button on steering wheel not wired up, accessory horn button on tombstone.
Drips a small amount of oil from back of engine from valve cover/CAS seal. RMS was just replaced with transmission/clutch job!

Last pictures depict car with TRAP lip which is no longer in place. Other items which have been removed from the car that are pictured:
-Zoom Console Type 1 console - black anodized / black leather armrest
-Aerodramatics metal door pulls and door locks, Nielex door cups
    -KG Works black retro cluster
    -Pitcrew Chrome bumpers
-Red dash crash pad will not be included unless you purchase the 93LE dash with car. I will supply a black crash pad replacement.
-95 M-edition seats (only miata seat with adjustable headrests) - recovered in 93LE matching leather.
    -Zoom Tail lights

-Nakamae black with white stitching quilted interior panels $499 extra

I have a complete, uncracked 93LE dash and 93LE carpet, plastics, if you would like to complete the 93LE red interior conversion.
    -93LE plastics/carpet/dash $750 or $600 with car purchase.

Additional things I have for sale that are NOT included with the car:
-Full painted OEM control arm set installed ES poly bushings, never used. upper ball joints need replacing $400
-GURU billet diff in 1.8 carrier with 2001 1 pc axles $975

I personally think some decent DSLR pics would help the sale, imho. I'd be more than happy to take some for you(free or course because I am a amateur at best), we could set up a date/time. Hit me up if you are interested.
